    We would like to offer you an additional, optional service to help in maintaining and extending the performance and life of your furnace and/or central air conditioning system. It has been shown that many issues furnaces and A/C systems face is due to not having proper cleaning or service work performed. Because of this, we want to offer this service to avoid such high expenses for our clients if possible. Upon signing up, the furnace will be serviced this fall and each fall going forward. If your property has a central air unit, the furnace and A/C unit will both be serviced in the spring at the same price listed below. There is no ongoing contract and this is not a required service, but strongly recommended.

    Although there are property inspections included in our general services (move-in, move-out, vacancy inspections), we would like to offer an additional service you can choose to have done which will add value to your investment and the ability to stay informed and make decisions as a landlord.

    For a mid-lease inspection you will receive a full interior/exterior report with a complete set of pictures documenting the condition, maintenance concerns, lease concerns, and other items. The main goal is to ensure the tenant is taking care of your property and that you property is taking care of the tenant. The inspection report will be uploaded to your "Owner Portal" through our website.
