We're the Gallemore’s, Cameron and Amberly. Though our roots trace back to California, we call the heart of Virginia home. When we couldn't find a dependable, trustworthy property manager for our own first investment, we took it into our own hands. Cameron's background in law enforcement and construction became the cornerstone of a company built on efficiency, organization, trust, and transparency.

Our management team contacts you to discuss activity, market conditions, and advertising results. We may call about accepting certain pets or offers from prospective tenants.

We begin marketing upon a fully executed management agreement, or 30-day written notice from a vacating tenant. We advertise through our website, national rental sites (Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and others), a property sign in front of your home, and the CTAR Multiple Listing Service.

Nearly 70% of renters have a pet — we recommend advertising as "Pets Negotiable." During applications we'll know the age, size, and breed, and you, the owner, always have the final say. All of our properties are non-smoking. Familial status is protected under Federal Fair Housing law and we never discriminate against protected classes.

Our application process includes screening credit, criminal background, employment and income, and employment verification. Placing qualified tenants is one of the most important jobs we do. If an owner insists on renting to someone we don't approve, we may return the property for owner management.
